Produced from quality Rye. BESTMALZ® uses carefully selected grains before malting them. The green malt is gently roasted using a special process. BEST Caramel° Rye reinforces the typical “caramely“ malt aroma of the beer. It gives the beer a darker color and intensifies a smooth mouthfeel. In addition, it enhances the full-bodied character of the beer.
